Information Protection and Sharing Policy:
FactoryAudits.com is dedicated to keeping our Customers’ personal information and data secure and will not disclose the information you provided to any unapproved third party.
FactoryAudits.com agrees to keep your information confidential, and reserves the right to provide such information to subsidiary, parent, associated, or affiliate companies in order to complete the service or perform the function in which the data was collected for. FactoryAudits.com also reserves the right to provide such Customer information to the proper person(s) in the case of a court order to the appropriate court member/officer.
FactoryAudits.com also may disclose such information to any financial institutions, credit or charge card companies or collection agencies that may be necessary for completing and supporting the payment for desired services as a request of the Customer.
FactoryAudits.com may disclose Customer information in efforts to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of FactoryAudits.com, its users or the public as required or permitted by law and/or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security or technical issues.
FactoryAudits.com restricts access to personal Customer information to FactoryAudits.com’s employees, contractors and agents that are required to know the information in order to process an order/service/request. These individuals are bound by a confidentiality agreement and may be subject to discipline (including prosecution or termination) if they do not meet these confidentiality obligations.
Personal Data Access and Retention:
In the event that Customer information provided is incorrect, Customers are allowed to submit changes to personal and company information in writing, with proper identifying proof, to the address indicated above. FactoryAudits.com will then work to complete the desired service request as quickly as possible. Customers also have the right request that their account be deleted, in which case new information would need to be provided if further services/products are ordered. After a request to delete such information, it may take some time before information is deleted from all storage areas.
FactoryAudits.com may decline to process any such requests if they are irrationally repetitive, require a vast amount of technical support, or if they risk the privacy of others.
Retention:
FactoryAudits.com will only keep Customer’s information as long as necessary to complete the desired service/product ordered. The information may also be held on to satisfy other appropriate contractual agreements.
Customer Communication:
From time to time, FactoryAudits.com may contact Customers via email or phone call, or vice versa. FactoryAudits.com reserves the right to retain these communications records in order to complete the Customer’s order requests, process an inquiry or improve our services. In addition, we may use the Customer’s email to inform them of our offered services.
Changes to our Privacy Policy:
It is possible that changes to this document may occur over time. We will post any changes here and notify Customers of any significant changes.
